There is no named religion for Polytheism, rather it’s a blanket term for cultures and communities that worship many Gods. This is typically identified when folk refer to several Gods in their pantheon.

Churches or Temples
Most worship sites are referred to as temples, and are typically temples of a specific Deity.
A typical hierarchy of the clergy is as follows:
Pontif – if one exists, he or she is the leader of the clergy world wide
Abbott – A regional religious leader reporting to the Pontif if there is one
Head Priest – Highest Priest at a given temple if there are multiple High Priests
High Priest – a rank higher than Priest
Priest – The “Lieutenants” of a temple or church
Acolyte – A Priest in Training
